Appartement Saint Claude - Centre Port

D'abord merci à notre hôte. Son temps, ses explications et sa bienveillance. Appartement avec le nécessaire pour 3 personnes. Propre, les lits confortables. Tout cela proche du vieux port de la Rochelle. Pas besoin de la voiture tout se fait à pied.

Appartement agréable et spacieux. Elodie est très sympathique et m’a accueillie à mon arrivée, j’ai pu bénéficier d’un local à vélo avec l’appartement. Elle m’a également conseillé des restaurants et activités à proximité. L’appart était très propre. Le quartier sympa et central. Je recommande.

La ubicación es genial. En pleno centro de La Rochelle a pocos pasos del Port Vieux y de toda la zona turística. Con parking para el coche y admite mascotas.

Todo estuvo bien.

Location is great for exploring La Rochelle old town.

Communication was not great. On arrival it wasn’t clear we could only enter the apartment after meeting the contact person at the parking garage which was a different location. The contact person, although very nice and friendly, did not speak English or txt with us and my French is poor. This was made worst by the host not being contactable on our arrival day. On leaving we found out that the expected departure time was 10am only when we contacted the local contact to agree key handover of keys. Overall if we had spoken French none of this would have been a major issue so suggest if you stay here and you don’t speak French be very proactive in contacting the host in advance to ensure all check in and check out information is clear in advance.
