Le Cocon de Mahé was a great apartment, it was in a perfect location for visiting Normandy and had everything we needed.

Roman was very helpful and accommodating, and could do enough to make us comfortable.

A homely and well equipped apartment, very clean and easy to access.

This property is incredibly well appointed for couples or a young family. It’s very spacious and has every facility available. It’s located in a quiet area with a 15 min walk to the port.

The property was spotlessly clean, well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and lovely hot shower every morning. 2 car spaces right outside the main door, easy access and a very quiet area, lovely balconies to enjoy a coffee in the morning. Very accommodating owner who kept in touch the whole time.

Een mooi en ruim appartement. Het appartement was kraaknet en voorzien van alle comfort. Het voelde als thuiskomen. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis om de landingsstranden te gaan verkennen of een mooie fietstocht in de streek te maken. Winkels en bakker op wandelafstand. Vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar.

Ein echtes Zuhause für die Ferien in einem sehr schönen Hafenstädtchen

Sehr hübscher Ort mit allem, was man möchte: Hafen, Drehbrücke, Restaurants, Tankstelle, Supermarkt, kleine Läden, Steilküste, zentral mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung (PKW). Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial, in einem ruhigen, neueren Teil des Ortes, max. 20 min zum Hafen, mit 2(!) Parkplätzen direkt(!) vor der Eingangstür. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für 4 Personen (wir waren zu dritt), abgetrennte Schlafzimmer, gesondertes WC. Sie liegt im obersten Stock und ist nach Westen gerichtet, zwei Balkone zeigen dorthin. Im Fall von großer Hitze gibt es Rolläden und Verdunkelungsrollos, beides sehr effektiv. Die Fotos zeigen gut die Zimmer und die Einrichtung. Der "Kokon von Mahé" ist sehr sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, dabei aber nicht kitschig. An Ausstattung kann man 11 Punkte vergeben: alle denkbaren elektrischen Helfer sind vorhanden, sehr viel Geschirr, viel Stauraum. Sogar eine "Erstversorgung" mit Kaffee, Seife, WC-Papier und Putzmitteln ist vorhanden - wir hatten unser "Zeugs" mit und haben das angebotene für Nachfolger hinterlassen. Die Kommunikation mit Romain, dem Besitzer, war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr nett, von der Beschreibung der Schlüsselübergabe (wir kamen spät) über nette Vorschläge zu Veranstaltungen (das Feuerwerk am Hafen hat sich wirklich sehr gelohnt!) bis hin zu Nachfragen hinsichtlich Bettwäsche oder anderem.

Baulich bedingt ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig, aber nur manchmal zwischen den einzelnen Zimmern - von den Nachbarn war absolut nichts zu hören. Aber das hat uns in keinster Weise beeinflusst oder gestört.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete und vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung, gelegen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Deutsches TV empfangbar. Zwei Stellplätze für PKWs.

Die Toilette ist vom Badezimmer getrennt, was wie erstmal als vorteilhaft ansehen. Allerdings herrscht ein gewisser Platzmangel in der Toilette, der es größeren Personen erschwert, zurechtzukommen.

Jättefin lägenhet med allt man behöver.

Mycket välstädad och rymlig lägenhet. Finns allt du kan önska förutom luftkonditioneringen. Det finns två balkonger och parasoll. Mycket rent och smakfullt inrett. Sköna sängar, bra handdukar och lakan. Fullt utrustat kök med allt, bokstavligen allt. Bra kontakt med värd. Tydliga instruktioner. Två parkeringar som tillhör lägenheten precis utanför dörren. Ligger bra till för att se omgivningarna. Trevlig promenad till samhället med trevliga restauranger, caféer och butiker. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Saknade luftkonditionering. Varma dagar (vi hade ca 30 grader) blir det varmt i takvåningen eftersom solen ligger på hela eftermiddagen och kvällen. Dock parasoll och jalusier att dra ner som håller delvis värmen borta.
