Peaceful comfortable place in a paradise for cheap

The building was ultra comfortable. Our kitchen had everything needed for a family to cook, even a dishwasher. The shower was huge, the bedrooms were so comfortable and the temperature was very nice.

The staff seem a bit too dry, but better than what we are used to here in Germany.

Nice clean rooms, close to beach made it great for the kids, clean showers and toilets although shared was nice to use. Would definitely be visiting again. We had a great time.

The facility was great. Very clean and nice. There are many playgrounds throughout the property which makes it easy for families.

The heater in our safari tent was very small and it didn’t heat up the room enough.

Great place for a short trip and long holidays

Very nice place, near to the seaside. Extremely friendly staff, which is rare in the Netherlands.

There was no laundry open, the season was started without all preparations done on time.

Pleasant

The location is perfect!

We were informed on paper that we would receive new towels and beds made daily. Neither has been the case! On the second day we no longer received fresh juice at breakfast and no more yogurt as it was on the first day, because the rest of the breakfast was the same. Too bad, we had expected more as a hotel chalet.

They charge you 107 EUR entry fee. The location and accommodations are great.

Very neat room. It was nice and quiet when I was there. The accommodations have met my expectations.

They charge you a 100 EUR deposit before entry which they transfer back 10 days after checkout exclusively via bank transfer. This was not stated anywhere when booking via booking.com and in my case they sent the deposit to the wrong IBAN and did not retrieve it! Also, a few days before I came, they called me early Sunday morning asking me if I planned to go there for work (???) and had sent an email telling me to cancel my reservation. Very strange and unhelpful staff.

Good experience

Nice location very near the beach. The chalet was clean, and well equipped for cooking too (the oven was a microwave combo). You can watch Netflix from the TV via chromecast if you have a subscription.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I was in a cycle tour, and it had rained all day, so rather than my tent, I booked a chalet. Couldn't be happier. I could even cast my phone to the TV...

Good place to stay at and relax, amazing for families with children. The little cottage we rented was adorable. The restaurants inside the compound are very reasonable, and it's very pleasant.

The room wasn't very clean, and under the bed, we could see a lot of dirt. The place also said that it was dog friendly, but I missed more places to let the dog off the leash inside the compound.

Great getaway. Close to the beach.

Its a great vacation get away and Family friendly.

We were told that our deposit would be refunded back to our credit card when we left. When it didnt show back up on my account, I had to message them and ask for the refund. They said they could only refund it back if I had an IBAN number. They couldnt refund back to a card. I was grateful that I had an IBAN number otherwise I would have lost out on my desposit.
