"Bie de Zee" Vacation Rental

The vacation home is located behind the main house. From here, you can quickly reach the town. The house is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. All rooms have large windows. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace that’s perfect for cozy evenings in winter kann.Es and a TV with access to free channels. There’s also an area in the living room that can be used as a play area for children.
Central heating ensures the right room temperature throughout the house. The bathroom features a shower and a large bathtub. The entire house is furnished in a beautiful, cozy style.
There is a parking space for a car on the terrace on the north side of the house.
There’s also space here for children to play. On the south side of the house is a lovely covered courtyard with a seating area.

Additional Costs
The tourist tax is 3 euros per night per person.
There are no additional utility costs or reservation fees.

Additional Information
Smoking: We ask that you smoke outside

Trash: Household trash should be disposed of in the gray container at the front of the main building. Please place organic waste in the green container. Plastic, glass, and paper can be disposed of in recycling bins at the Jumbo or AH supermarkets.

Departure: We ask that you leave the house and courtyard tidy and swept clean, which means washing and drying the dishes and disposing of the trash. Please return used items to their original places, just as you found everything upon your arrival. If you find the house unclean or slightly damaged upon your arrival, please let us know immediately!

Courtyard: Here, too, we ask that you leave everything in the same condition as when you arrived.
