The location is perfect.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Everything was provided. Our host was responsive and helpful. We loved how close we were to the Eiffel tower. Very convenient location. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean. We felt safe there.

I'm not sure it's anyone's fault but there was a bad odor that comes from the bathroom. It only seemed to get worse as the days passed. I think that may just be a city thing and out of the property owner's control. We tried to remember to keep the toilet seat & sink drain closed and the bathroom door shut. And the photos really make the place look MUCH larger than what it is. It is smaller than a hotel room. Everything else was great.

Terrible bed!

If you book a holiday appartement in Paris, the essential you need is a good bed in the city. But really, what a worn-out bed was this!! A sink hole making noice with every movement you make! This bed has 1 destination and that’s the dumpster. Apparently the owners don’t bother all the critics on the bed and refuse to invest in a new one. Also it’s a really dark place with blinds covering the window and that are not to be meant to open. Avoid this place, especially for the terrible bed! 1 of us got back problems because of it.

The location was excellent! A view of the Eiffel Tower as you step onto the street. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. Access to public transport around the corner! The apartment was clean and safe.

We had an issue with the bed but Sophie was very easy to communicate with and resolved our issue the best she could.

The bed was comtsnke however the bed springs were noises and every moment the bed made a noise (squeaked) may heed to be replaced.

We had a perfect stay at Studio Bourdonnais!

The location is simply unbeatable—stepping out the door, we were greeted by a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. Despite being so central, the studio is tucked away in a quiet courtyard, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was impeccable, and the mini-kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for preparing quick meals or enjoying some local treats. Transportation was incredibly convenient, with metro lines and bus stations just a short walk away. And for pastry lovers, this area is a dream! We highly recommend Maison Bergeron, just five minutes away, where you must try their Cookie Croissant—absolutely delicious! A special mention to Sophie, the wonderful host, who was always available whenever we needed advice or recommendations. Her kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

The studio could not have been better located for sightseeing, cafes and museums. I loved the Parisian feel to the courtyard which felt very safe and well maintained.

The location is great, near Eiffel Tower and close to metro station. The studio is very nice and well-equiped, with a big a super comfortable bed.

It would have been great to have a toaster for the baguette.

An apartment that I will gladly return to, on my next trip to this wonderful City of Light, Paris!

The apartment is in a great location. (The photo is taken from the front door of the building). In five minutes you are in the river Seine. In less than ten minutes on foot, you are at the Eiffel Tower, the Trοcantero, etc. In fifteen minutes you are at the Rodin Museum and the Orsay Museum. You can go everywhere on foot alongside the Seine. Also, the apartment is located in a very quiet and safe complex of buildings. The process with the keys is clear and very easy. Sophia is a very good host, always kind and willing and clear in her answers. It is an apartment that I will gladly return to on my next trip to this beautiful and great City of Light, Paris the city of arts and sciences.

I have a special love for light. So I would have liked the colors in the fabrics in the room - sheets, curtains and bedspreads - to be brighter. So the apartment would look lighter and happier.

First of all location is good but the host Sofie promised that she will help me to put my luggage after checkout as my flight was late in the evening she didn't help me out and stopped replying my msgs.On the first day when I was cooking my breakfast fire alarm started I called her to ask how to stop it she said if u r cooking so much u can go to any other apartments which is not the right way to talk to ur customer.

The brilliant location, close to everything a traveller to this wonderful city would want. Terrific host in Sophie, easy to contact & communcate with, what was advertised is exactly what u get & I would recommend anyone staying as a couple, single or maybe even with a young child to book this place - u can’t beat it in Oaris and u will have a fabulous time. 入室の暗証番号などの連絡が直前でちょっと不安だった。TVが映らなかった。オーナーに聞いても何の返事もなかった。多分オーナー自身もわからないか、設定が複雑で説明が難しいのだろうが、ちゃんと設定しておいてほしかった。

Studio propre et bien équipé, idéal pour un court séjour

Le studio est extrêmement bien situé. L'ensemble est très propre et bien équipé, idéal pour quelques jours à Paris. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été très agréable, j'ai pu laisser mon bagage le jour du départ, pour le récupérer avant de quitter le quartier.

Me gusta que es muy centrico al salir por la puerta se ve la torre eifel… muy comodo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y estar muy comodo. La parada de metro esta a 5 min.

Prima studio op een fantastische locatie!

De locatie is echt geweldig! De deur uitstappen en zicht op de eiffeltoren, prachtig! Heerlijk rondstruinen door de gezellige straten en rondom de eiffeltoren. Genoeg plekken om boodschappen te doen, bakkerijen en eetgelegenheden. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip naar Parijs! Bushalte voor de deur en de metro op nog geen 10min lopen. Wij hebben genoten.

Helaas is het matras van het bed aan vervanging toe. Maar ondanks dat hebben wij het heerlijk gehad en wie weet komen we nog eens terug. Het is zeker een aanrader!

Un viaje para repetir

-Me gustó la atención de la anfitriona. -Me gustó la zona y está muy cerca de la Torre Eiffel (2 minutos andando). -El edificio no se oía ningún ruido y muy tranquilo. -El apartamento está muy bien acondicionada y no le falta detalle. Muy completo.

No tengo quejas excepto que es más nivel personal y de Salud que son dos cosas: Las almohadas utilizo viscoelastica (por mi enfermedad de la espalda) y las cortinas no eran opacas y entraban un poco de luz pero porque yo tengo los ojos muy delicados y enseguida me molestan.
