About this cottage rental
Nice house rebuilt keeping the original materials and architectural values of the mountain region.
It has a nice terrace from which you have an unbeatable view of the Sierra de Béjar and Gredos

The roof is an apartment located on the second floor of a "townhouse" completely rebuilt in 2009.
They have respected the architectural values of the mountain home both in the materials used and their disposal.
It has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom and a terrace with amazing views of the Sierras de Béjar and Gredos.
• Services available to guests
WiFi connection .
Optional cleaning. If the stay lasts more than three days it is possible to hire a cleaning service to determine at the time of check-in.
• Interaction with guests
In the days before arrival you contact the host to discuss the details of arrival, estimated time, exact location, how to reach, etc.
For the day of arrival a contact number of the person responsible for the reception will be provided.
At check-in a contact person (address mail and telephone) to assist with any eventuality that may arise during the stay will be provided.
the delivery of keys (time and place) for the departure day was also agreed.

The roof is in Sequeros, one of the Artistic Historical Sets the province of Salamanca.
In this region the best known is La Alberca, but is also highly recommended approach to visit San Martin del Castañar, Mogarraz and Miranda del Castañar, all within 15 kilometers.

Public transport in this area is scarce, since only one bus Sequeros daily, except Sundays and holidays, so it is advisable to arrive car travel.
