The pillows was bad, me and my girlfriend waked up with little neck pain, there was no fridge, and the tv was not center with the bed so we needed to turn a little our head, not that easy.

Apart from that experience about the taxi - it was a good stay

The breakfast was not bad - could be better for that charge.

When I was trying to get help to arrange for a taxi to the train for the following day since I had 2 heavy suitcases and a back pack, the lady was not willing to use the desk phone to call the taxi. Instead she wrote the numbers even after I explained that as a foreigner my mobile could not made any call as I only had a sim card from my country. When I nearly got upset, then she used the office phone to arrange for the pickup. She even said that her colleague would do that the following day. I felt targeted cos all the Ibis hotels that I stayed in, in Paris, German the staff were perfect.

Good value for moey with basic amenities.

Excellent value for money, Good size rooms, and basic amenities match the tag of a budget hotel. We had to crash for the night and was very late at night, so it served the purpose. There was no staff late at night but was helped by the staff at another IBIS down the road to help with the check-in. It was inconvenient but luckily hadn't unloaded the car before I had processed the room key (one for experienced travellers to check the hotel first).

Check-in was a big issue, as it is self-service, I entered the reservation on the kiosk, which was visible but even after trying 4 different payment cards, the payment was not accepted. It was quite lucky that another IBIS was down the road, so I went there to get checked in who after deliberating with the manager decided to give me the hotel and room code.

The staff were friendly.

The inside of this hotel is shabby and uncared for. Although some of the fittings in my room were new they had.not been mounted carefully so spoiling the.effect. The structure of the building was such that I could feel the headboard of my bed moving when someone was walking in the next room. The shower curtain was badly yellowed. I choose branded products because the guarantee a minimum quantity. I am disappointed that Ibis allows its name to be associated with this.place

Fabulous

The hotel is located between the train station and the river, very convenient for travellers. There are plenty of free car parking slots at the front. The cinema and the cultural center are next door.

Excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Accueil très sympathique pour sa rapidité à nous servir, son sourire, sa serviabilité. Chambre, penderie, salle d'eau, télé, internet = très agréables. Aucun bruit.
