We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an authentic charm, with high-quality materials and excellent maintenance throughout. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well finished.
The beautifully landscaped gardens create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and are one of the hotel’s highlights. The spa and the other facilities are excellent, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant is outstanding, with excellent service and delicious cuisine. Breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The restaurant’s dishes are beautifully presented and are the perfect showcase of Ecuador’s rich and diverse gastronomy.
Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we would gladly stay here again.
The curtains were made of good-quality material and provided good privacy, although the curtain system could use a minor adjustment to close perfectly.

Just about everything
There are simply not enough handrails for senior citizens. Do many instances of short staircases that mean nothing to an able-bodied person but everything to a senior or disabled person. Also a fan in the room would really help.

No me gusto mucho la atención del personal. Y la ubicación de algunas habitaciones estan sobre la pana y el ruido de las chivas, carros y motos no dejan descansar. El aseo de la habitación muy flojo. Le falta luz a las habitaciones
