Beautiful location with beautiful views. The lady was able to communicate with me in English and was very helpful organising a taxi for us. She decorated our jacuzzi with flowers and left the note I asked for. She made our special weekend even more special! I am very grateful!

The location was beautiful with the river and the valley, and convenient and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful- they were very accommodating for my child and I.
The building was incredibly loud. We could hear every door and cabinet opening and closing all day and all night. We could hear the staff sweeping the floors upstairs and we heard all the conversations of the other people from any hallway or stairwell. This made nap time for our one year old incredibly difficult and our own sleep at night was broken as we were woken up to doors and people.
The bathroom shower was moldyyyy. Mold everywhere ion the ceiling and the tub tiles. The hot water was also incredibly unstable and would either boil you alive or freeze you to death.
