About this house rental
Molino de Caracol offers 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large sitting room with open fireplace ( firewood provided ), kitchen/ dining room, central heating, satelite T.V and DVD player, Wifi, heated swimming pool ( heated from approx. April 15th to October 15th, it is not an indoor pool ).The pool is quite near to the house and has sun loungers and small tables and a parasol.
The living-room measures 6.50 x 3.60 meters. It has an open fireplace ( with firewood provided ), lovely arched ceiling and double doors opening on to the terrace. In the summer you can relax in its cool air in contrast to the heat outside and in winter it is intimate although large.
The kitchen offers an attractive open area with double doors on to the terrace. There is plenty of room for a large table to seat 6 people easily and more. There are beautiful traditional tiles and hand made wooden cupboards .
The main bedroom measures 6.50 x 3.60 meters. It has an open fireplace ( with firewood provided ), lovely arched ceiling and double doors opening on to the terrace. In the summer you can relax in its cool air in contrast to the heat outside and in winter it is intimate although large.
One bedroom 3.5 x 4 metres has twin beds, a good sized cupboard for clothes, bedside tables. It´s double doors open on to a small balcony. Another bedroom 2.8 x 3.6 metres has a double bed, bedside tables, good sized clothes cupboard .
This barbecue is on one of the terraces in the garden near the house and the pool. The river runs nearby producing a relaxing sound. There is a millstone used as a table in the middle of the terrace. There is plenty of space and light.
The river Guadiaro runs alongside the garden. There are good views from the stone terrace to all parts of the garden. There is also a grassy area backed by a high natural wall covered with vegetation. A vine and a fig tree shades one of the terraces making it very confortable.

Hemos pasado una semana de octubre en El Molino del Caracol. Los dueños son muy amables y atentos. La casa es preciosa y acogedora y la terraza, el jardín y la piscina están de maravilla y lo disfrutamos mucho.
Nos ha gustado mucho la región y hay muchas opciones de actividades y excursiones.

La casa es preciosa, está ubicada junto a un río en una zona tranquila de la estación de Benaojan. Desde la misma casa puedes iniciar una ruta suave a la cueva del gato, nosotros lo hicimos con dos carros de bebes. También tienes poblaciones muy cerca para hacer compras de supervivencia. Rota está a 20 minutos en coche. La casa está equipada con todo aquello que necesitas para disfrutar de un fin de semana en familia. Paco y Juana son encantadores y con ellos todo han sido facilidades. Disfrutamos de una fin de semana inmejorable en un torno espectacular. Si el tiempo lo permite, la zona de exteriores de la casa es muy agradable con piscina, barbacoa y un buen jardín!

Todo genial. La casa está perfectamente equipada y decorada.
En un entorno inmjeorable para hacer rutas en la naturaleza y visitar enclaves como la cueca de la pileta o del gato de interés, o los pueblos de la zona.

Hemos estado en el puente de diciembre toda la familia con nuestra mascota en la casa rural, y no hay nada malo que deba decir. Es una casa preciosa, amplia y acogedora,decorada con mucho gusto, y sobre todo limpia y muy bien ubicada. Esta rodeada de naturaleza y a tan sólo 4 minutos andando un bar con unos camareros muy agradables.
Nos hemos ido encantados con la casa y los propietarios, cuyo trato ha sido muy amable y cercano. 100% recomendable, pues el precio lo considero incluso barato para lo estupenda que es la casa.
Estaremos encantados de volver
