La amplitud, la elegancia y el servicio del personal del hotel.
Falta ampliar el menú del restaurante de comidas internacionales. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien.

Die Unterkunft mutet nostalgisch an und liegt direkt neben Balikli Göl, dem Wunsch-Teich, sehr schön.
Die Gäste knallen die Türen zu und manche unterhalten sich laut. Der Duschknopf war defekt, aber das Wasser war sehr sauber, kaum Kalk.

They have central aircon system which we couldn't control hence room was boiling. Couldn't sleep till morning. They need aircon in every single room.
Staff is amazing. Location is really good too. They have best breakfast choices I have ever seen.
