    Nice location, rooms are OK but bathroom is older. Ladies in the Spa are not helpful and rude. Not Hilton standards

    the small fridge did not work at all we asked the front desk and yes, the send help but they told us it is working, the water was hot and my medicine was hot i was told nothing they can do I felt that night manager was not willing to help!!!!

    I initially went there because it was the cheaper one between the two Hilton hotels but I was surprised how good, clean and practical it was. They had thought of everything a couple need. The staff was definitely the best part of the hotel as they were there to help. I had a small issue at the parking lot -I basically hit another car- and the car turned out to be owned by the head of their security. They were very easygoing about it and didn’t make a fuss. They didn’t even ask for any compensation. Best part was when I asked for a late checkout, the smily lady at the reception approved without a second thought. I am on a roadtrip across Turkey and I have been staying at the best hotels in the cities. I can truly say that I had the best experience here at this very hotel.

    The hotel’s biggest advantage is definitely its location, which was very convenient for getting around the area. The furniture in the room was very old and clearly needs to be replaced. The room also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though we specifically requested a non-smoking room and informed the receptionist in advance. Breakfast was another downside — it was quite expensive for the quality offered, and the selection and taste were mediocre at best. Overall, the hotel has potential because of its location, but the rooms and service standards need significant improvement.
