È stato bellissimo soggiornare in una dimora storica, abbiamo fatto un salto indietro nel tempo di circa un secolo con tutti i pregi e alcuni difetti ( d'altronde siamo tornati indietro di 100 anni!). Le 2 stanze comunicanti erano enormi sia in altezza che per dimensioni! Sembrava di stare in un piccolo appartamento. Molto buona la colazione servita sulla terrazza che da sul parco enorme intorno alla villa. La villa è un piccolo museo con una padrona (Carlotta) disponibile e presente per ogni necessità.
La villa è in parziale ristrutturazione, quindi alcuni disagi sono scusabili. Ma avrei preferito che il frigobar fosse funzionante. Abbiamo riscontrato alcune difficoltà nella chiusura e apertura della porta (serratura dura e porta fuori piano rispetto al pavimento). Ma siamo consapevoli delle difficoltà nella gestione di un ambiente così particolare!

L'architettura di questa stupenda villa di fine '800. Gli arredi originali. La sensibilità artistica dei proprietari e le opere d'arte. La colazione particolarmente curata.
L'ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.
Qualcuno potrebbe non gradire la mancanza di comfort moderni come TV e cabina doccia, che tuttavia in questo contesto rappresenterebbero a mio parere una sensibile dissonanza.

The location was beautiful. Carlotta and family team were delightful. They found out after the fact that a bottle of wine my wife and I had ordered was overpriced. They informed me after check out and proceeded to refund me the difference promptly. I was touched.
It’s an old house with high ceilings. Do not expect too cozy nor modern fixtures. We enjoyed the historic context and were ok with slightly cooler temperatures etc.

Väldigt trevliga värdar och intressant historia. Välskött trädgård med vackra vyer.
Innan man bor där en natt så är det svårt att inse att byggnaden verkligen är i mer eller mindre originalskick. Det innebär att ytskikt och möblemang inte uppdaterats på många många årtionden. Så för oss som barnfamilj var kanske detta boende inte optimalt. Men är man intresserad av hur folk levde förr kan detta vara ett väldigt intressant besök.
