The layout was perfect for us. It was a father and son ski trip with two separate families. Each father and son had a room, we shared a kitchen, and there were two bathrooms. Location was great. We walked to the bakery each morning ( 5 minutes) and there is a restaurant and grocery store within a 5 minutes walk. The drive to Solden was 7 minutes and the parking in Solden at the lift stations is free.
The only thing that could be improved would be to have shower gel in the shower. But the host even provided a large bottle of shower gel for free when we mentioned it was too late to buy it at the grocery store. :) There really were no negatives aspects to the stay.

Three spacious rooms with own bathroom. However, the bath-rooms were very small.
The kitchen and the localisation. It takes more than 10 minutes to drive to Sölden and there is no SPAR 'just around the corner'.
No cleaning during the days despite they announce it as a 4-stared apartment...
