Największym atutem jest wyjątkowa lokalizacja w sercu starówki. Z Place du Suquet można na piechotę dostać się w najważniejsze miejsca miasta. W okolicy jest pełno restauracji, sklepików i atrakcji. Mimo to mieszkanie jest ciche i można w nim bezproblemowo odpocząć. Obiekt jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Idealne miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt. Świetny kontakt z właścicielką, która poleciła nam nietuzinkowe miejsca do odwiedzenia i z personelem, którym bardzo dziękuję. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło bez żadnych trudności, niczego nam nie brakowało.

Z uwagi na brak windy i wysokie schody osoby z utrudnioną mobilnością bądź z wózkiem mogą mieć problem z dostępem do mieszkania.

Juste un point de vigilance la « deuxième » chambre est en mezzanine et on doit passer par la première chambre pour y accéder. Donc très bien pour une famille avec jeunes enfants car mezzanine bas de plafond et moins pratique pour deux collègues mais ça se fait bien aussi. Également, la salle de bain n’a pas de chauffage donc en temps hivernal c’est un peu dur après l’été ça sera assurément un plus.

The apartment is amazingly located for the restaurants of the old town and has lovely views of Place Suquet and over the rooftops.

Quite a lot of stairs to climb - it’s on the third floor. And the ladder to access the second bedroom requires some agility. The ceiling height of the second bedroom is very low too - best for children. We used the sofa bed in the living room, which was very comfortable.
