QUIET and RELAXING

A lovely property in an ideal location

Comfortable and well equipped and furnished property in a central location. Pleasant garden to enjoy. Appreciated the welcoming wine and milk provided.

Key access was confusing. 2 key safes and only one which we eventually managed to open. This one was located on the ground which made it difficult to access. An elderly person may have struggled to achieve this. I think this could be improved although appreciate the keysafe cannot be fixed to the wall of a listed building.

Simply Perfect!

Perfect cottage, perfect location, clean, beautiful garden which we made the most of during our stay due to the wonderful weather. Location is fantastic, only a short walk away from shops, pubs & plenty of good places to eat lunch & dinner.

Delightful cottage - welcoming, warm & clean - lots of little thoughtful extras & very cosy beds

We didn’t have breakfast provided but appreciated the biscuits, milk & wine (we don’t drink milk so left it for the next visitors).

Lovely home from home.

We really loved our stay at the cottage. There were so many thoughtful extras when we arrived. The colouring books and bottle of wine were much appreciated! It was warm and cosy and everything you could ask for was provided.

Property may not be suitable for less mobile guests as steps are quite steep with no handrail. Long row itself is a very bumpy road and not always easy to park. It does add to the character though. Everything was cream or white, which could get a bit messy over time. It did give the space a lovely bright feeling though. Would have been useful to have information regarding rubbish collection and checking out procedures etc.
