Clean, safe, functional - perfect for work stop over, maybe not for holiday break

Location is on a new estate with a few local amenities, but nothing special. Great for a work stop over, probably wouldn't work as a holiday destination, except as a base. A home from home experience otherwise as everything was provided. Had obviously been cleaned and correctly prepared for our arrival. On street free parking a definite bonus.

Had to contact the host as there had been a problem getting the keycode from Booking.com. Phone was answered quickly but she didn't seem particularly pleased to hear from me, although she did provide the answer required. This was the only negative aspect as I'm not sure the host would have been sympathetic to any more phone calls.

Really nice place but room for improvement. But great value for money.

Nice and clean place rather close to the airport. We only stayed one night before early take off. Free parking is nice!

It was really odd. We are a family with 3 adult kids so 5 in total. On a arrival we found one dry towel and 3 wet right out of the washing machine? Extra towel supply was brought but brand new = limited frying effect. The dinner table only have 4 chairs and the cutlery really is limited. 4 forks for 5 people? The place is nice so it can easily be fixed. Just odd with five beds when the rest is clearly meant for four people. Notice all beds are up stairs so not suitable for disabled people.

Comfortable stay, ideally located for visiting family nearby.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, Sky tv, tea & coffee (and biscuits) provided, toiletries available and no problem parking on street.

Sofas are a little low and some crockery & cutlery missing for 5 people (only 3 cereal bowls & 3 spoons).

I liked everything about the property. The bed was extremely comfortable. Sky tv, comfy lounge. Everything you needed. Plush carpets and beautiful interior.

The area looked rough although it was very quiet. Hall carpet was dirty and covered by a mat that stopped the doors closing. shelves coming off wall in lounge and dated furnishings. Property didn’t meet current legislation for smoke alarms or heat detectors. Bathroom door didn’t lock. There was old mattresses lying in the back garden. The heating stopped working however the owner was quick to contact to rectify.

Beautifully equipped home with amazing TV and sound system set up, seriously comfortable couches. Back garden also a nice space for pets if allowed. All in all one we have saved for future business trips

Great stay in a modern, clean and spacious home

Modern, comfortable home which was great value for money for a group of friends.

Some furnishings and fittings were not quite complete in the house, such as missing door handles and paint, however the it rarely caused any inconvenience.

Great value for money. It had a great backyard. Spacious apartment for a family. Big enough for a family of 4. There was a front yard with beautiful plants but we could not see because of snow.

A lovely and quaint little apartment, great location, excellent price, lovely customer service,

Right near town centre, immaculately clean, plenty of space. Full kitchen and cutlery

Apartment seems unfinished, sitting room door missing handle, sittingroom lights didnt work but flick the bulbs and they come on, bathroom lock stuck in the door, 2nd bedroom door didnt close, all silly things on their own but together add up.

I had a great time in the apartment.

Great place by all standards. Good location. Very friendly host. Easy to reach at all times. Lots of freebies. Very neat and spacious rooms/ apartment. Serene environment. I highly recommend. Will gladly return again.
