Great location in a local area of Rome close to all attractions. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Great AC. Loved it had an elevator. Very comfortable!
Maybe some extra plates and utensils would be nice. Doesn’t have a washing machine, or dishwasher.

There was 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, which was nice for a group of 4. It was comfortable enough. It has a big livingroom, with a table big enough for 4. It was clean, and the water pressure was good.
The airconditioning in the bedrooms didn’t cool at all. The AC in the livingroom was the only one cooling, so we had to all sleep with the bedroom doors open. Having an AC in each bedroom was a must when we booked, so it was very disappointing when 2 out of 3 AC didn’t work. There was also a massive leak when it rained underneath the window inside the smallest bathroom in the middle of the night. Marks on the bedroom floor suggest that there’s been a leak there before.
