Max 20 minutes to NEC at any time of day, often less. Airport in around 12 minutes. Key collection simple. Apartment is indeed Modern, spacious, clean and very well equipt with modern appliances. Big screen smart TV. Parking space allocated at the rear, but plenty of on street parking in front for my van. Would stay here again absolutely and would highly recommend. Oh, and the Indian/bangladeshi take away 100 metres away on the corner was excellent, plus a small convenience store next door.

Nothing negative to report, host was great and fast to communicate with when any questions were asked.

Quiet, residential location yet only a short drive to NEC. Spacious living room, beautifully and freshly decorated throughout. Washer/dryer was a bonus.
Could do with a few more utensils in the kitchen.
