View from the balcony, fast internet, well equiped. Good contact with the caretaker (Carolina). Parking space in front of the house.
There's a living room with tv on the ground floor, kitchen, bathroom and a small storage room.
There are long stairs leading to the 1st floor where there’s a bedroom for 2 (double bed) and a second bedroom for 3 (double bed) + single bed. And another bathroom. There's a small balcony with a view to the El Golfo and nearby Ermita (which BTW is like 150m away on a hill).
The apartament is located above the main part of La Frontera. A 3 min drive, not a walk for sure as it is a steep hill. There's are 2 restaurants next to it near the Ermita and 3 min drive down there's "town center". We prefered to go down to Asadero El Faro.
Perfect base camp for exploring the island next to road up to the ridge.
Almost quiet in the night. From time to time some car goes down and in the morning neighbors go to work/school etc. There are roller blinds!
No WiFi upstairs. Shower curtain is anoying. It gets hot in the afternoon as the sun shrines directly into windows (but after 21 you can quickly cool it). On the ground floor there's a tinting film on the windows making it dark in all day, especially in the morning. The table is in the Kitchen not in the living room ... But those are just details as you will enjoy your stay!
