Apartment Wave Dream by Interhome

Staff were super accommodating - returned with tools to lift the mattress level on cot and tumble dry the sheets. Everything you would need for a trip to the beach is available to use. Walking distance to main restaurants and ferry. Also short walk to train station. Great pool that was always clean.

Shutter on bedroom door leading to balcony is damaged and could not be opened as pulley system is gone. Meant it was in darkness the entire time and couldnt make use of balcony access - but could access balcony from the living area. Was difficult to gain access to property on arrival. It required messages via whatsapp, wasnt the clearest of instructions.

Great location. Great facilities. Everything one needed for a comfortable holiday.

Stayed in this location last year. Lovely handover with a really nice French man who gave us lots of information about things to do and see in the area. This time there was no meet and greet only instruction via email. When we arrived the key box was not on the wall outside the apartment. It took approx 1 hour to get in touch with the cleaning company that was out pointing of contact. The box had been removed and was now in a completely different location. The garage key was due to be in the apartment but wasn’t and we didn’t receive it till late on Sunday. Shame the owners chose to loose that the personal touch

The cleanliness of apartment

Difficulty entering main door on first day code didn't work. Was allowed in by a Resident. Smoke alarm making loud noise Sun Umbrella on Terrace on was completely unusable. Both of these were reported, but nothing was done. Furniture on Terrace tired looking and rickety
