The shops are closed in the Saas fee at 6.30pm, it could be nice if there was something to drink in the apartment on the arrival. We arrived arround 8pm and shops awere closed and most resytauants finish serving food 9pm.

Fantastic trip in a lovely penthouse. Can't wait to return.

The location of this property was ideal for us. Located opposite the AlpinExpress main lift made access to all the pistes easy without having to walk in ski boots carrying equipment. The town centre, shops and restaurants was only a couple of minutes away so still really accessible. The penthouse apartment was beautiful, clean, warm, well equipped and offered panoramic views having large windows/doors and balconies on both levels. We were a small party of four so had the luxury of lots of room, no bathroom queues and plenty of cutlery/crockery etc. We mixed it up with eating in and dining out in the evening Lunches were easy to meet back at home, rather than the slope side restaurants with local supermarkets and bakeries within easy reach for fresh produce. The hosts agent could not have been more accessible, friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to returning to this same penthouse at a later date.

Saas-Fee does not allow cars in the village so we had to park in the car park at the start of the resort and get a taxi to the apartment. It is a 10 minute walk, 5 minutes in the taxi and costs CHF 25.00. Pretty steep as well as being quite inconvenient to have to load a vehicle twice. It took an hour on arrival and departure to do this and would have been better if we could drive to the property, unload/load. No fault of the property just the way the village works just not ideal if you have a big vehicle loaded to the hilt as we did.

Comfortable apartment in a good location. We love Saas Fee, especially the ice skating rink!

The team i called were very helpful and responded quickly to questions. the location is excellent, the apartment a good size and decently stocked kitchen for cooking.

It was a little confusing as the address was sent to us in German, and the key wasnt where we thought it would be but otherwise check in was fine. There was very little pre-arrival information and no real information in the house about the facilities, the rules, where to take the garbage, where to do washing and how it worked, how to control heating etc, numbers for taxis etc. We worked everything out ourselves or by calling and asking the helpful team, but it would have been better to have a small guest information note with where the garbage house is, how to find the ski room (explained in advance), how to find the apartment, numbers for taxis, etc. The apartment could have been a little cleaner (coffee machine hadnt been cleaned for example, but otherwise not so bad) and some of the basics like coffee pods, tea, sugar, soap in the showers, a decent amount of toilet paper and dishwasher tabs would have been a bonus.
