The host was in the reception
There were really noisy guests on the floor above. Sounded like they were deliberately thudding their heels and stomping around incessantly but this was no fault of the host or property.

The apartment was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and very well stocked with cookery.
TWICE during our stay, the property ran out of oil meaning that there was no hot water to shower. Even worse, when we called the management to discuss the reoccurring problem, they were rude, dismissive and blamed others for the situation. Their "apology" was a cheap box of chocolate from the COOP.
