Superb

We got an apartment with two bedrooms and a large common area with open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped. There is everything you may need to cook a simple dinner while on vacation. The kitchen has fridge, cooker, and even the dishwasher. The kitchen had also some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, sugar, spices, tea ...) and many cleaning tools including a fancy vacuum cleaner and detergents. The bathrooms are clean, and look recently refurbished, everything looks very nice. The apartment had a large terrace all around it, and lots of light, it was really nice. The building is well organised, it has a ski room to leave your skis and boots. The ski pistes are really close, it is really ski-in ski-out. Awesome ! In the basement there is also a washing machine that guests can use (not well advertised). In the building there is a restaurant which is one of the best restaurants of Saas Fee. I have ordered some food and taken it to my room, this was also possible. I have also asked the cook for some extra cooking equipment and they were very kind to help me out. Some of the facilities are not well advertised when you check in. When you check-in they give you a QR code which will grant you some reductions on the parking cost and on other activities. Saas Fee is a car-free resort. There is a big parking at the entrance of the village with a so called exchange area. It is a 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The owner of the apartment can come and pick you up at the parking exchange area, with all of your luggage and skis and drive you to the apartment with an electric van if you arrive before 6pm or leave before 10 am, otherwise you must call an electric-van-taxi. All of our ski equipment and luggages plus ourselves (we are 4) could fit in one of these electric vans ! It was a great stay. We will surely come back.

It was not clear to me from the emails that I got from the owner that even the transport organised by them was an extra cost, even if less expensive than the public one, they said.

Excellent location, very close to the ski lifts/hiking trails and town center. Modern apartment, very clean, small but cozy and it had all you might need. Plus wonderful spa facility and lovely view from the balcony (I was staying in the studio apartment). Excellent communication with the hosts. I will definitely book again.

The apartment was even better than we expected from the photos / description. Spacious, modern, beautifully decorated, and with great attention to detail. Great location and very friendly staff. The restaurant was excellent as well. Perfect for a family of 4, great tech as well as amenities.

I would go there again

We got a 2 rooms apartment (1 bedroom, 1 living room) #301 with a fantastic view on the glacier. It was clean, comfortable, had all needed equipment plus some small extras. It was very enjoyable by 2 adults and a 4 y.o. boy. The property has saunas and a small warm pool for kids (also, a play room with toys and games). Location is probably the best -- just on the edge of Saas Fee, so you have a fantastic view (from the room 301), but also close to gondolas and super markets. The property also supplied us with abundance of towels. The (electric) taxi to/from the property are included in the price. COVID-19 norms were very well followed.

Nothing really to be disliked there. Be aware of 2 things: 1) the plaster on the walls and the ceiling is not smooth so you can get scratched by incident and 2) the ceiling is "low", so if you are tall, rising your hands all the way up is not possible.

Shower was tiny, as a 6'1 man with wide'ish shoulders it really didn't suit me. Unable to regulate the temperature in the room other than opening the windows.

On vient ici pour la 5ème fois, et nous n'avons globalement pas été déçus.

L'emplacement et le confort. Le spa. La salle de fitness.

Vu le montant demandé pour 7 nuits, c'est mesquin de demander encore 20 francs pour le transport jusqu'au parking! Dommage que le jacuzzi ne soit plus disponible. Nos enfants, 12 et 10 ans se réjouissaient, vu que ce qui est mis à disposition des enfants est valable pour des tout petits.

Gute Lage, sauber, zweckmässig mit Wellnessbereich

Sauber, Lage, zweckmässig eingerichtet, Abwaschmaschine, Mikrowelle/Backofen, Wellnesslandschaft mit Saunas, Dampfbad und Whirlpool, Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, schnelle Antwort über Booking nach Buchung und auf Anfragen.

Skiraum war nicht abgeschlossen, Taxi-Service vom Parking zum Hotel nicht inbegriffen (wie bei anderen Hotels/Appartements in Saas Fee bisher üblich), Kosten Fr. 20.-- pro Fahrt und nicht wie im Hotelbeschrieb angegeben zur Verfügung. Hatten den Eindruck, dass der Gastgeber diese Fahrten nicht gerne übernimmt (verhalten freundlich). Für die Rückfahrt mussten wir ein Taxi buchen. Küchenausstattung z.T. mangelhaft: zerkratzte Teflon-Bratpfannen = unbrauchbar, fehlende Trinkgläser, abgelaufene Lebensmittel im Schrank = wir hoffen, dass die Gastgeber diese Mängel beheben für künftige Gäste

Dans l’immeuble, salle de jeux pour enfants très petite. Petite piscine pour enfants froide et bain à remous pour enfants pas en fonction. Local de ski pas assez grand … on se marche dessus !

Toller Aufenthalt mit der Familie direkt an der Piste

Die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt aus dem Skiraum geht es zur Piste. Das 2-Schlafzimmer Apartment war sehr gross mit bequemen Betten und einem Sofa für mehrere Personen. Das Essen im Restaurant hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Im Spa-Bereich war der Whirlpool für mehrere Personen nicht in Betrieb.

Wunderschöne Anlage und schönes Spa

Die Lage und das Spa waren wunderbar; man ist direkt an der Skipiste und im Geschehen. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu im Deluxe-Appartement und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet - fast besser als Zuhause :-)

Im Studio dürfte es etwas mehr Platz uum Aufhängen von der Badewäsche geben, da man auch Bademäntel erhält. Für mich wäre es auch gut gewesen, wenn man Vorhänge hätte, die besser abdunkeln.
