The hotel is beautiful. The staff is amazing, aways there to help. You can ask them for a bike (which is included in the booking) and go for a ride to discover the region. The highlight is of course the hotel’s restaurant: the best food experience we ever had (and we’ve had a few). I

Our room had a separate toilet and no basin so needs to be redesigned and combined, with the bathroom, especially as there is plenty of room to do so

One of the best hotels we have stayed in during over 40 years of extensive travelling.
Everything went well. It is a superb hotel. We stayed only one night on our way from Cherbourg to Southern Brittany, but wished we could have stayed longer. It made for the best possible start to our holiday.
