Location is unique. Room very nice and quiet. We didn’t eat in as breakfast too expensive and dining room wasn’t open several nights. It was end of season.

Lovely hotel and very well look after. There was a lack of staff in the bar late afternoon and we had to find someone to serve us. Breakfast was delivered to our room at no extra cost which was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Carteret is a pleasant seaside village with an active port and a beautiful beach. The hotel is wonderfully positioned beside the river and port. The bar and dining room are very quiet and elegant and have lovely views. We had one of the cheapest rooms which are great value and very comfortable. The food - we had dinner twice and ate the 45Euro menu both times - was absolutely outstanding. The Michelin star is well deserved.
