The Pool. I appreciate the earlier check in. Thank you.
The room feels run down: 1. Shower door not closing/broken 2. Mouldy ceiling 3.Bathroom blind is broken 4.No burglar bars on window 5.Trellydoor not locking - I didn't feel safe. 6.Mattress hollow on one side maybe turn mattress.

I didn't have breakfast. I did not know about the breakfast.
The extra blankets could have been softer and more comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable
The staff were impersonal. The en-suite toilet didn't flush. The microwave in the room was faulty and continued "warming" way after time had run out.
