The hotel has a great location and offers a beautiful view. The pool was also a big advantage, especially for families with children like ours.

We were given a room that didn’t match the one we had booked – it was of lower quality. The hotel itself is in need of renovation, and the breakfast was quite basic. However, the dinner was tasty and enjoyable.

Generally ok but overpriced

Good beds, great breakfast, very clean bathroom and linen, nice indoor pool, gorgeous balcony view (southside).

The hotel needs renovation and some more care. The entrance on the side is not welcoming, the place outside is not tidy, with clutter and weeds, visible garbagecontainers and staff is taking their break in plastic chairs and smoking 4 meters before the entrance. The breakfastroom is also very outdated, some fresh paint and furniture would make a great difference. Moving cleaning and hoovering robots are not done and even dangourous in the lobby during the day. The sauna area is a real disappointment, a dark place in the basement with showers and tiling from the seventies, lacking standard infrastructure such as a bench to put your clothes on and scrubsalt, not the vibe and feeling you want, especially on vacation. The rooms and balconys could use some updating too, considering the pricerange (the carpet in the room, the windows, the balcony floor and screens...)

Relax in a beautiful place after hard work...

The hotel is located in an amazing location, with a beautiful view, up the hill. I have decided to chose this location in order to relax after some work related assignments in Luxembourg and if I happen to be in the neighbourhood again, I will certainly go back. I have made use of the pool as well, which was super relaxing. Excellent, lovely service in an amazingly remote (but not far) location.

The staff at the reception was amazing and very welcoming. They made us feel at home and helped with any of our queries. But, some of the staff at the restaurant were not quite attentive to us. Many times we also got the feeling of being ignored. We might be wrong, but I cannot deny that the thoughts of being ignored because of our skin colour did cross our minds especially during the Easter dinner. We had to leave in between and walk away.

Great location, clean rooms. The pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a good hike in the area. Good buffet breakfast. Food in the evening tasty.

Nice view over the valley. Spacious room. Bathrobes and slippers.

Very poor wifi reception in the room. Not very clean, we found several hair in the bathroom. Very unfriendly uninterested staff. Mediocre breakfast.

The location is awesome. Great for hiking and relaxing. Close to Trier and just on the border to Luxembourg. The kids loved the small pool and the views wee extraordinary.

Incredible location and beautiful view

Beautiful location.

This premises allocates a fixed table per room for breakfast which is a real disappointment. I was not allowed to sit at the beautiful view of the window, while there were empty tables there. Free seating would allow everyone to sit by the window because people leave before others arrive. Also please give a key for the door at the swimming pool, so that we can sit outside on the deck chairs and still close the doors to keep the heat in the swimming pool.

the view from the front side are fantastic.

The staff are are rude they are not approchable. out of there staffs only 2 of them we can communicate and they are frindly. Most of the staff cannot speak english. The room are not comfortable regarding the hygiene the floor are still dirty. Before we need to open our laguages we need to catch all the insects in the room like spiders, kevers en lady bugs. At the back of the curtains theres a lots of mold in the wall. The bathroom sink are very dirty lots of mold in it. In the restaurant we decide to eat our dinner but we did not have the food we expect, i order fish fillet but it is not fillet its lots of bone in it, i have a bad experience because the bones from the fish stuck in my throath. Then we call the waitress we ask her but she replied we cannot do aything else it is like that and then she walk away from us but yes we still need to pay it even i didnt it. My daughter ordered Toretelline pasta it didnt taste at all and the pasta is sticking each other it not fresh it was a frozen pasta they served to us. The the dinning area are lots of dust over all, spider webs overall. There breakfast is always they same foods from day 1 we arrived until they 5 we stayed there. Also they are doing some works in the roof its to noisy they send us email to inform the day that we cannot cancel my booking what a Hotel company it is. Normally we always excited when we are on vacation i wish to extend more days but this time we wanted to finish the week early so we can check out from this horrible hotel. This is iour first worst experience in our vacation in our whole life. I was so sad why i choose this hotel. Very not reccomendable. We forget to take photos from the bathroom sink.

Awesome location to enjoy with kids and dog!

The view from the aparthotel is stunning. The size of it (2 actually separate bedrooms, bathroom, extra separate toilet, living, dining, breakfast areas, kitchen and terrace! You get access to the pool, which the children really enjoyed. The restaurant had delicious food (loved the wild mushroom soup ad starters) and the service was great!

For an apartment for 5 people, I would expect more kitchenware like wooden spoons, newer pans, heatproof mats, etc) as well as a 5th chair in the dining and kitchen areas (but you can just move one chair around).

the bathroom could need some modern equipment the restaturant, dinner is nice, but the sitting arrangements very irritating, Table fixed by staff, very inflexible, do not keep reservations always.
