Outside window pane are very dirty, rustic. Can be seen from indoor. Need some improvement

The staff is friendly and keep checking if we like the room, AC is cold
Old and need renovation. Wall is dirty. Curtain is torn. Breakfast lack of option food is dry and not enticing. Toilet has stain. Wall is thin we cant sleep due to noise for 2 days(ppl open and close the door or we can even hear ppl showering).
