L’albergo ha una vista stupenda e la location è veramente tra le migliori per il lago e per le cascate. Sono stati gentilissimi a farci un upgrade in una camera con vista, e la SPA è davvero molto rilassante. Unica pecca forse la colazione che non mi ha fatto impazzire, un po’ povera rispetto ad altre che ho provato in altre strutture. Ma nel complesso staff gentile, camera spaziosa e davvero bella bella vista.
La colazione forse un pochino povera rispetto ad altre di altri posti, tenendo conto che ci siamo andati abbastanza presto.

Piękne położenie i wspaniały widok. Szczególnie polecamy kolację w restauracji na tarasie. Zameldowanie bez problemów. Bardzo miła obsługa.

La vista sul lago è bellissima e la posizione perfetta
Migliorerei il servizio di colazione; se ti svegli più tardi non trovi le uova strapazzate che non le riportano,il bacon lo abbiamo trovato solo un giorno nei tre giorni di permanenza. Diciamo che era tutto buono ma un po' più di attenzione ai dettagli sarebbe meglio. La terrazza la coprirei con delle coperture, troppo assolata di giorno. Di notte invece di fronte ai divani che si affacciano sul lago, le luci ti disturbano la vista sul panorama, o le spegnerei o le sposterei. Cmq tutto sommato è stato bello e confortevole, buon servizio e personale gentile. Soddisfatti.
