The location and beach were great. Its a great place to spend quality time with family or friends.
The facility is getting older and there aren't many shopping areas nearby.

We loved the beach, it was really clean and the sand was so soft, the best we have experienced in Bintan. Our villa was really nice too, it felt bigger than the photos and everything was in great condition. The variety of pools was perfect for the whole family. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good too, and even catered for my vegan diet. Overall excellent value for money.
The kids club is really good and big, but would have been nice to get more variety of toys. Also, the gym and the sauna both smelled a bit musty, I think they need a bit of a renovation. But these are very minor things, we would definitely stay here again.

The compound is vast and beautiful. Beach is nice and the available activities are varied and extensive.
Just about everything costs extra and is expensive. It detracts from the holiday experience that you are asked to open your wallet wide, every time you want to do anything other than use the pool. The resort is far away from external activities and transport is tightly controlled so that it's very expensive regardless of where it is booked.
