About this house rental
Villa of 130 m2 on ground of 850M2. It consists of three upstairs bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The largest room is a suite with dressing room and bathroom (walk-in shower and double sink). The second room of 12m2 has a single bed can be converted into double bed (180X200). The third room of 12m2 also has a single bed 90X190.
On the ground floor, a large kitchen of 16 m2 all furnished and a large living room of 36m2.
Outside, the plot of 850 m2 is fenced with an automatic gate. The terrace with an area of 45 m2 will allow you to enjoy the pool 8x4 M.
Its location is ideal for a family wishing to vary its activities and exploring the area; close to all amenities (supermarket 300m walk, doctor, pharmacy, dentist bank ...) 2km from the center of Frejus, 1km from the public swimming pool Frejus, 1500m municipal tennis courts, 4km from the A8 motorway, and 4km from the beaches. The Esterel Mountains is 5 minutes by car and offers many opportunities for outings.
The situation is ideal for holiday-makers seeking a share of the beaches of Frejus St Raphael but also all the attractions of the area (20 minutes drive from Cannes, 35 minutes from Nice, 1h15 from Monaco excluding the Haut Var, Gorges du Verdon).

La maison est idéalement située : les commerces, le centre-ville, la plage...
Vous êtes également vite arrivés dans les villes alentours (Cannes, Toulon, Monaco...)
L intérieur de la location est confortable et conforme à l annonce. La piscine est bien entretenue. Mr Conte, le propriétaire, est très sympathique et toujours disponible en cas de question.
Je recommande complètement cette maison dans cette jolie région.

Nous avons passer une semaine parfaite dans la maison de nos hôtes . Tellement parfaite que nous regrettions de partir . Une magnifique villa et une quartier très calme . Un hôte toujours disponible et tellement accueillant . Nous reviendrons sa c’est sur .

Famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 11 et 16, la maison est idéale pour passer un séjour dans le confort et la détente : la fonctionnalité, le charme, le quartier calme avec commodités à proximité, la piscine très agréable qui vous accueille en sortant le matin pour petit déjeuner, une grande propreté de toutes les installations et des propriétaires très sympas.
Le tout pour visiter une région magnifique (un détour à st Paul de Vence pour ses ruelles pittoresques, à Grasse pour créer son parfum, ..). Nous revenons enchantés ! merci Olivier et sa famille.

Overall we had a great stay in this villa.
When we arrived, the owners met us and were very welcoming. We were given detailed instructions and a comprehensive walk round to ensure we understood how everything worked.
The villa was in great condition and clean, with plenty of living space inside and out. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you should need and works very well. The swimming pool was a good size for our family of 5, with children 4-7 years old and we were able to spend an afternoon there easily. The whole garden is securely gated and there is a pool cover for the evenings so children will be secure.
The villa is very well located. It is a short walk from a some shops containing a Spar, tabac and pharmacy which cover all the basic needs. There is easy access to Frejus town centre by car and also to the beach. The view from top floor is also quite good.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.
