    Great price and huge room with full size kitchen and all the dishes and pots and pans you could use plus a dish washer! Had a blast in the pool with my kids as well. Also, my deposit was on my card before I even checked out! Will stay again.

    We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the family condo was. Also very happy with the level on cleanliness. We will recommend in the future!

    This was the third time we stayed at the Snow Lake Lodge. The staff is exceptional, and the rooms are clean. We had a suite with a master bedroom with a full bath, king size bed and fireplace. There was also a second bathroom, and a full kitchen right next to the small living room with another fireplace. We like staying there. But here are a few things travelers need to consider before booking: 1. This hotel/timeshare has 3 floor levels. There is no elevator, and in the second building, even the first floor rooms require all the luggage, coolers, bikes, and whatever you may want to secure inside the unit being hauled up at least 10 steps. We ran into a couple older ladies, and they had a hard time getting their suitcases up the stairs to the third floor. So if stairs are not your friend due to injuries or a disability, try to request a lower level unit in building 1, which would have no stairs. But there are only a few units like that available. 2. No AC. While the units have ceiling fans, windows that can be opened, and a box fan that could be used, it does get hot in the summer up in Big Bear. When we were there, it was easily 89 degrees during the day. It does cool off after 7 or 8 pm, but the units do get hot during the day. If you are out by the lake or on the mountain all day, that should not be an issue. 3. No room service. Even though "Covid" is no longer an issue, they don't offer room service anymore. One is only able to put a laundry basket outside with the towels that should be exchanged. No other services are being provided. If you can live with those 3 things, you should be just fine.

    From all the places we have stayed in big bear lake we have really loved this one everything was perfect and we will be coming back in winter.
