There’s no hot tub even tho it was listed. It was very loud, ppl in room next to us were going crazy for the whole duration of our stay (I think there was a child running, stomping and hitting walls for some reason, without stopping for hours..). I asked for later check out time as we didn’t get much sleep due to noise, they gave us till noon. I called them the first day asking to talk to those neighbors, noise stopped for the night but started again at 6 am next morning.
Location is okay, close to lake but the water wasn’t clean enough to launch a paddleboard or touch the water. Boat could be ok as long as you’re not touching the water.

The place was really clean, very close to tourist spots and plus a nice view of the lake. The only bad thihg is that the AC wasn’t really cold. We went there in March and it was really hot. They offered us to transfer to another room with better ventilation . The staff were really nice though.

Overall loved the stay. Everyone who worked there was great. The Studio cabin i was in seemed to be updated and was clean and comfortable. It was close enough to downtown and the lake to walk around. Took my dog and the hotel and the whole city is super dog friendly which was great. Only complaints is there really isn't lake access. The beach is tiny and the dock looks unstable. But the views are incredible at sunset. Also the pool and jacuzzi suddenly went out of service after I booked (and it was within a week of staying that i booked) so was unusable. I spent allot of time researching hotels and have a jacuzzi was a must have. So not having this and not getting anything off because of this was frustrating.
