A clean, modern and spacious place to stay - easy to get to and easy access to both Hertford and ware. Would stay there again.

Accommodation is absolutely beautiful! A bit expensive lol. Very decent for a family!

Clean, tastefully decorated, not cramped, very well-equipped and comfortable. Pleasant view. The nearby main road was not too close, so no noise problem. Other residents quiet. Convenience store 400 metres away. Transport: Car - fortunately we didn't bring our car. There was usually someone else on our apartment's allocated parking space, (and often all the other spaces were occupied). Bus: Yes, on a bus route. Not tested. Foot: Fortunately family collected us by car. There are narrow pavements on both sides of the main road, but there are cars parked upon both pavements nose to tail We tried walking along these pavements once; we are slim, but even walking sideways we had to brush against the hedge in places to squeeze past the cars.

The apartment was bright and colourful, beds were very comfortable, location is brilliant, and a quiet road. Very pleased.

Clean accommodation. Vetting process and £150 deposit taken which is not explained at the time of booking. TV didn't work. Door entry system faulty. Unable to contact staff. Asked to leave 3 hours early due to building works

New serviced apartment. Very comfortable and spacial. Good fir family. Well equipped with household stuff.

Horrendous! When you arrive it appears nice, like you have just stepped into the Ikea catalogue BUT then you have to call the customer service team to gain access to the building which they wont give you until you pay ANOTHER £150 DEPOSIT after doing this they give you the access codes to the keys, it was 32 degrees outside and this was a 20 minute process as they take your money then call you back when their finance team has confirmed receipt of the deposit, we had 3 young children with us and there was no air conditioning or keys for the french doors to let ventilation into the apartment, always waiting for a call back and never actually receiving one so wasnt able to open the doors at all. If this wasnt bad enough it gets worse.. the apartment had never seen a hoover from the state of the carpets, the cleaners clearly dont clean as there were lots of left over items in drawers, not appropriate for children i might add, Lego pieces in all corners of the floors, dirty hob, dirty kitchen utensils, dirty kitchen sponges, sticky kitchen floor, 1 large towel and 3 hand towels for 5 people, stained bed sheets. Spare bedding in a screwed up pile on the floor behind a cupboard door. Smart TV with no connection to anything other than freeview even though it is perceived to have Smart features. At the point of writing this review, I am STILL waiting for a callback from the management from 3 days ago and also still waiting for my deposit to be refunded.
