Another great stay with Katija and Egon. Weirdly enough, same room as last time. While a bit older property, the rooms are rather spacious and very affordable. I love how quiet it is, yet you are less than 5 minute walk from old town Korčula. Super convenient to the ferry terminal too. Just know you have a lot of steps to climb to get to your room.

Katja was very personable and responsive to messages. The room was close to the port and old town and had a small fridge.
En-suite was too cramped around the toilet area, you had to almost slide in around the sink to sit on the toilet. Felt like better choice and placement of bathroom fittings could have alleviated this as the en-suite itself was not that small.
The bedroom window was only a short distance from the next building so when you looked out the window you looked at the wall of the next building and into the bathroom opposite that had clear glass window. After accidentally making eye contact with an occupant of the bathroom opposite early on whilst standing near the window we had the curtain closed the rest of the time. An additional thin muslin curtain that could be closed during the day with the main curtain for nighttime would hide the view into the other buildings bathroom during the day whilst making the room less gloomy.
The room itself felt slightly cheaply finished/furnished. There was no cleaning, change of towels or bin emptied during the stay.
