About this house rental
Find yourself in a luxury, newly built and modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom paradise house with private patio and private pool. Spoil yourself with the extras this home offers, including an indoor and outdoor kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining and lounging areas.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with double door refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, induction cook top, stove, toaster, coffee maker & Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and much more……
Downstairs is the Master Bedroom with King Size bed and En suite Bathroom. Upstairs are the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, with in one bedroom a King Size bed and the other a Queen size bed. Both have an En suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and Flat Screen smart TVs.
You will also have access to the private laundry room with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board. Beach Chairs, Cooler, Beach towels and Umbrella is provided to take to the beach.
There a 2 parking spots in front of the House
This house is constructed in 2022 with the highest quality furniture and is located in a safe, quiet and family friendly gated community of Gold Coast in the Northern part of the Island, very close to Arashi, Boca Catalina and Malmok Beach, which is perfect for snorkeling.
Gold Coast is situated in the upscale Malmok region and offers free of use, 24/7 security, 3 community swimming pools, Tennis Courts and Gym.
The house is a short drive to the hotel Boulevard with entertainment, shops, restaurants and casinos. Tierra del Sol, 19 hole Golf Course is within walking distance.

One of the best - if not the best - VRBO we've stayed at and we've rented VRBOs throughout the world. This is THE PLACE to stay in Aruba. The location is superb...out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. The gated community is an extra plus. Everything you could possibly want is available at this very modern property (inside and out), including everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach.
Petra, the property manager, was outstanding from when be first booked the property about 10 months before our arrival until the day we departed. She helped us with our rental car and provided detailed recommendations of things to do throughout the island. Another great thing was the information book - the most comprehensive one we've ever encountered. This VRBO experience was top-notch in all aspects and we highly recommend it. We give it 5 stars, because 10 stars wasn't available.

The property was even better in person than online. We have been to Aruba 4 Christmas’ in a row and this house was easily the best! It has everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager Petra was there if we needed anything too.

Beautiful duplex in quiet neighborhood. This house had so many amenities, more than most I've stayed in. Everything was top of the line and well furnished. Highly recommend!
