Stay Longer, Live Better: Experience Aruba’s Ultimate Villa Retreat!

Property was easy to get to and each day it was about a 25 minute walk to the beach, away from the main beach. We enjoyed the pool and the good AC in the home and appreciated the cleanliness. Had read the reviews so expected the apartment to not have hot shower water but turned out only the main bedroom had hot water and the other was warm. Could use some more cushions for the other two outdoor chairs. Willeke was great to speak with!

This property was amazing, this was our third trip to Aruba and so far the best one yet. This home was exactly as it was described and as it was portrayed in the pictures. The location was ideal and we couldn’t have been happier with our selection!

We have visited Aruba many different times over the last twenty years and have stayed in numerous rental homes on the island, but have never liked one enough to say "we would stay here again". That changed after spending a week in this rental property. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms inside the main home. There is another bedroom and full bathroom located in the "guest house/apartment" next to the pool and is the only bathroom that does not have hot water. We found the home to be very cozy and although it was just the two of us, we felt that it would easily accommodate two other families without feeling crowded. All of the appliances were in good working condition and all of the essentials were there including an oven, stove, two microwaves, blender, coffee maker with carafe and k-cup options, dishwasher, toaster, washer and dryer, ice maker in the refrigerator, and a grill onsite but we never used it so cannot speak to its condition. The previous reviewer mentioned issues with the skimmer not working in the pool and having issues with bugs, however we did not find these to be issues at all. The owner contacted us prior to our arrival to ensure us that the pool skimmer had been checked and any minor repairs needed had been made and we found this to be true once we arrived. We enjoyed the pool everyday that we were there and found it to be relaxing, private, and clean. The air conditioner works very well and we felt comfortable indoors at all times. There is a great laundry room in the garage (which is also very nice) and a small working refrigerator in there as well, which we found very handy when packing and unpacking our cooler from our beach outings. All of the TV' are large, flat screens, including one on the outside patio, however we only used the one in the main living area which we found worked as expected and offered Netflix and Amazon Prime watching options along with regular cable. The property is located on a quite street in a safe and secure area, across from the Gold Coast community and down the street from Tierra Del Sol. You can be at a beach within five minutes and are able to get to grocery stores and restaurants quickly. We did notice that there are only four plates in the kitchen, and while not an issue for us, fell it would be for a larger group. All in all we had a great time and highly recommend this rental property. We will definitely be renting this home again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was a quite neighborhood, beautiful breeze, the pool was great. The indoor and outdoor spaces were spacious. It is a short drive to the beach. The island isn’t too big so things are within 10/15 minutes drive. You will need a car if you stay here. We had a bit of trouble with gas for the stove running out on the weekend, but the property manager was quick to respond and took care of it first thing Monday morning. The other issue we had was the bedsheets not being replaced, I think. Our daughter woke feeling itchy and when we looked the sheets had stains on it . They had extra sheets in the room we replaced the sheets and she was good for the rest of the trip.
