Offering you a comfortable escape from your day to day life, Falling Water has three spacious bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two singles, sleeping up to 6 guests. Each bed has a toasty electric blanket for the chilly winter months. Large windows in the living room overlook the back deck bringing the outside in, with wood heating for winter and split system for heating and cooling for all year round comfort.
Wake each morning to the natural surroundings and relax on the back deck with a good book or spending time with family and friends.
Located a short drive to Warburton township, Falling Water is the perfect base for visiting the Warburton Valley area, whether it be for business or pleasure, there is so much to see and do.

Beautiful place. The best view of treetops and ferns. Quiet and easy with the split level kitchen/lounge area. The host was very responsive when we had any issues. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property, cutlery and plates , Bowls dirty in arrival. The rest of the property was spotless so was a bit odd.That aside nice relaxing property.Bit far from town and up the top of a steep hil.
