Avoca Park Equestrian Farmstay

First time at a farm stay. Amazing setting. Accomodation as expected and nice and warm.

You need to be fit to get into and out of loft bed.

Beautiful location and property. Dogs, cockatoo, donkeys and horses are absolutely gorgeous and so friendly, Owners & staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Hot tub, fire pit were wonderful. We also had a fresh homemade picnic for two which we enjoyed at emerald lake, the food was absolutely delish! The donkey experience and reserve was our favourite part.

Loved the location, animals were beautiful and the kids loved feeding the horses.

It was slightly pricey and privacy wasn't there in the morning. The fridge leaked, the water tap in kitchen didn't really work, the soada stream bottle was very brown and needs to be replaced. There wasn't enough batteries in the remotes so when we went to watch a movie we had to keep switching the batteries between the two remotes. While my kids and I were getting ready in the morning a lady came into our room without knocking, letting two of the residents dogs in. I didn't really mind about the dogs but my daughter is afraid of dogs so she freaked out. I knew a camp was arriving that morning but check out was 10am and at 9am people started to enter our accommodation whilst we were getting ready I didn't really understand why they just entered and 1 hour early. Luckily me or my kids weren't in the shower or getting dressed. The man who worked their once he realised we weren't part of the camp was very apologetic, that was nice of him.
