About this house rental
A home is where your heart is. Although it`s a short-term rental, we have tried our best to provide you with all the necessary amenities as you would in your own home. Beautifully remodeled and well-maintained home in a heart of Overland Park. Close to shopping, dining, hospitals, and access to major highways. Few minutes from anywhere. literally behind a neighborhood Walmart. Downtown, Speedway, Arrowhead stadium, Sporting KC complex, and museums are all only 20-25 min away only.
There are 3 queen-sized beds in all the bedrooms and a twin bunk bed in one of the bedrooms. There is also an additional twin-sized bed in the upstairs room next to a queen bed. That makes a total of 9 people fit comfortably in all beds. However, we have two full-size futons upstairs and one in the basement. So technically, you could sleep 2 more on the futons or 2 on each if smaller in size. The Total could be 11+.
There are 4 full bathrooms with showers in total in the house. Two attached bathrooms in two of the bedrooms and two common bathrooms on the main level and in the basement.
All the rooms in the house is accessible except for furnace room/storage
We are available via Text or email. If an emergency, we could be reached via Phone calls too.
This house is close to anything everything
The house is located in a very convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Parking is free nearby everywhere.
Note: We were with a management company before. Now, we are hosting it on our own as a newbie. We had all 5-star reviews with the other management company site. Unfortunately, they would not let us bring our reviews with us when we switched to direct hosting with Airbnb.
No parties. No Pets. No illegal drugs.

The house met our needs perfectly. Having 4 bathrooms was fantastic. The house was very clean upon check in and the common rooms provided ample space for our group of 7 to enjoy. Thanks for a great stay in Overland Park!

The home is very clean and nice. There is plenty of space if needed. The host communicates very well and is available if you need any assistance. I would definitely stay there again. Great experience.

This house was the perfect place for our extended family to spend a weekend. Plenty of space for all of us. Close by plenty of restaurants, stores, and outdoor space. We are already thinking about when we can come back!

We stayed at the house from September 12 - 15, 2024.
The house is in a great area and convenient to many attractions. The owner provided extra trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, dishwashing liquid.
We washed our own dishes, because the dishwasher has an odor.
The washer/dryer/bathroom area on the lower level has an odor.
We were inundated with flies on Thursday when we arrived. They were in the bedrooms and
throughout the main level. We killed quite a few Thursday night and Friday morning.
We contacted the owner of the house late Thursday night, detailing the problem and requesting that they call us on Friday to discuss
the issue and how they were going to address the problem. The owner never called us and only messaged us through VRBO. The owner told us they use an exterminator for the house.
They provided us a bug zapper.
We arrived back at the house late on Friday and kept the bug zapper plugged in the rest of the
weekend. We did not receive a call, nor did the owners stop by to inspect the problem, nor
did they offer for the exterminator to come to the house. The fly problem was better on Friday night. When we returned to the house late
Saturday, we continued to battle flies throughout the night.
There was only one dish towel for the kitchen.
There was glitter all over the nightstand in the upper bedroom as well as the baseboards and some of the floor of the upper bathroom.
