About this house rental
Relaxing heated pool home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our home is clean and spacious located a few steps from the Intracoastal Waterway equipped with a boat and kayak launch. We are 10-mins from Old Town or the beach and less than 5 mins from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Experience our lovely saltwater pool enclosed in a lanai. Our home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen, and a open family room. Each bedroom has brand new beds. Fast WIFI. Boat/Trailer/RV Friendly :-)
***Hurricane Season is June - November, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of weather delays/cancellations. We will not be able to issue refunds for weather related cancellations***. Pets are allowed with advanced notice. We charge a $100/per pet fee. Failure to notify host will result in $500 cleaning fee.

We loved this house, it was so nice & open. The house was immaculate!! We especially loved the large closets in the master. The only issue we had was the patio area where the outdoor furniture is had a lot of dog hair. It was uncomfortable walking barefoot from the pool to the inside sunroom & around the outdoor furniture. Definitely could have used a good sweeping or vacuuming outside! Everything else was perfect! The pool temperature was just right & my 8 month old thoroughly enjoyed it. Very close to lots of good places to eat as well. Our favorite part was the sunroom with the mini bar! There was a garage that had beach chairs, pool floats, towels, bikes, etc. This was a lifesaver because we forgot our beach chairs at home!! The neighborhood was peaceful and wonderful side walks for evening strolls. We would stay again, such a nice place.

House was beautiful. Very comfortable. The weather was miserable so we did not get into the pool but sure was beautiful.
