About this apartment rental
Pass under the tree covered roads through the amazing Mesta Park Neighborhood and you`ll arrive at this historic building - a step back in time. The apartment has all the charm and detail characteristic of properties built over 100 years ago. Everything from the wood floors to the wood moldings and fireplace mantles. You will be centrally located to many of the best restaurants in town and will have everything you need for a great stay in one of the best neighborhoods in OKC.

The property is located in Mesta Park which is, arguably, one of the nicest neighborhoods in Oklahoma City. Driving through you will find some of the most exclusive residences around. Perhaps because of it`s fantastic location - just a few minutes away from Downtown, Midtown, and lots of great restaurants and eateries.
If you aren`t bringing your own car, Uber & Lyft are readily available.

This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
● Please note that a $70 Pet fee will be applied per stay.
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 20 pounds
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)

I chose this property as my wife and I love to explore these neighborhoods whenever we travel to different cities. The architecture, and landscaping, is amazing. I surprised my bride with this birthday, weekend, getaway. We loved the 100 y/o, well maintained, apartment. The parking was tricky as someone parked a uhaul in the drive on Saturday. But we enjoyed, the Botanical Gardens, an OKC Dodgers game(they won in the 11th inning), amazing meals on the Riverwalk, and just some great relaxing walks in the neighborhood.

This was exactly as advertised. A nice apartment and VERY clean. The check in was very easy and communication was the best. The neighborhood is very nice and there is covered parking in the back. The entire apartment except for one person, has pets and the neighbors were very nice as well. Plenty of tea and coffee shops nearby and also check out the Ice cream shop and just order the "flight" of ice cream. Would I stay here again, yes without a doubt.

Had a great stay in an incredible historic neighborhood. Apartment was clean and well stocked with everything I needed. Will be looking at this apartment again when I come back through.
