The space
Welcome to Agave Studio at The Cactus House Mexico. One of 3 studio apartments on the grounds of a 3 bedroom house located in El Centro close to Chedraui. Walking distance to everything with an amazing view down Zicatela Beach. Be in the heart of it all. Beautifully decorated in BoHo style with all the comforts you want. Private apartment with a shared garden and pool. (Garden and pool are shared with the other 2 studios and the owners who live onsite in the 3 bedroom house.) Studio has private bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. These are just for you.
BoHo style with a matrimonial size bed. Extra places to sit include both a love seat and table and chairs outside under cover to enjoy the incredible view. Outside kitchen means you won't be heating up your apartment. We offer both ceiling fan and air conditioning. Electricity is an extra cost.
You'll have privacy but we do live onsite and are available as needed.
Live like a local in El Centro. You'll be able to walk in 10 minutes to Zicatela Beach. 2 minutes to Chedraui. 15 minutes to other beaches.
Very walkable or taxis are easy as well. Buses, collectivos and more are a 5 minute walk away.
Electricity is charged back on a monthly basis at 3 pesos a KwH. You'll have complete access to your meter to see how much you're using and can choose how much you want to use.
