The property is completely enclosed by natural stone walls and an automatic gate. The total lot area is approximately 2,000 m². The garden and pool area are maintained and cared for weekly by our team of gardeners and caretakers. The terrace features a curved, heated private pool with an outdoor shower and a spacious, partially covered sun terrace offering a fantastic ocean view across the entire coastline. During the off-season, the private pool is connected to an eco-friendly heat pump and can be heated in the fall, winter, or spring for an additional fee. Additionally, a pool cover is provided for this time of year.

There is a large garage for two cars; several additional vehicles can be parked in the driveway. A separate entrance leads to a spacious, separate 2.5-room apartment.

The house was completely renovated, refurnished, and fully equipped with new electrical and HVAC systems in the spring/summer/fall of 2022. An eco-friendly heat pump was installed for the private pool. In early summer 2022, a large, high-performance photovoltaic system, including battery storage, was installed.
