We are very pleased to offer you our new villa for your vacation.
With 2 apartments, 240 m² of living space, and a 100 m² covered terrace, it offers plenty of room for up to 14 people.
You can walk to the beautiful town of Denia, just 1 km away, or to the nearest supermarket, only 450 m away, or down to Denia’s beach and marina.
The property features 5 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms, a total of 4 full bathrooms, a guest restroom, an outdoor toilet, and an outdoor shower next to the 5x10 m pool.
In the large and very comfortable jacuzzi, you’ll enjoy a wonderful spa experience with a mountain view of Denia’s beautiful Montgó.
The two new saunas (Finnish sauna and steam sauna) complete your spa experience, topped off with a comfortable hammock suspended between two coconut palms.
For children, there is a large trampoline, foosball, an outdoor ping-pong table, and a soccer goal.
In winter, we have a fireplace on every floor and underfloor heating throughout the house. Air conditioning, powered by a new heat pump, is also available in all bedrooms and living rooms.
