Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Has a great location and deck to look and listen to the waves. Very easy walk to the beach and also has a nice small pool. With minor upgrades I would give a 5 out of 5 but for now I would say a 4 because with the location we still enjoyed our vacation

The sheets were incredibly unsanitary with yellow and brown stains and small hairs. We could not sleep on it. Customer service didn't fix the issue until the next morning. We were incredibly uncomfortable and disgusted to say the least.
