The home has an air of historic sophistication with dashes of modern and stylish decor, making everyone feel at home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). I really want to write a good review for the house however I also need to be honest for future renters. Though the house itself is nice. It’s a renovated historical home. My biggest issue with this was the management company was horrible to work with. I requested information on the rental before we got there so I knew what to expect and I got no reply. My request was specifically on the cookware. Attached are the pictures of the pots and pans that were at this rental. I have learned since bringing them to their attention that they have been replaced. But I’m sure they’ve been replaced with Teflon pans which are equally as bad. Also, the home only has Keurig coffee machines instead of just a glass coffee pot. again, my issue wasn’t specifically with the house itself. My issue was with the unacceptable pots and pans that were at the house and the management company that is horrible to work with. You basically have to resolve all your issues on your own, don’t expect any help from them. The problem with these management companies is that they’re too big and they actually have no idea what’s going on with the house until people like myself bring things to their attention that need to be fixed. When I asked the management company how they were gonna resolve the issue they basically dismissed me and told me there was nothing they were going do about anything for me. I had to be a huge advocate for myself to get anything resolved. I would’ve loved to have been able to attach a picture of the pots and pans… I don’t see an option to be able to do that.
