The 70 m² apartment is located on the first floor (raised first floor) between the building’s two towers. A fantastic view of the Baltic Sea can be enjoyed from the living room and bedroom—and, of course, from the balcony. The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a cozy seating area (with a sleeper sofa). The separate bedroom (double bed) includes an additional single bed, which is separated by a room divider. There is also a children’s crib in the bedroom. The apartment features a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and two parking spaces.



The historic Villa Vineta, situated in a prime location directly on the beach in the seaside resort of Bansin, is one of the most beautiful homes on Usedom’s coast. Spectacular views of the Baltic Sea or Lake Schloonsee.
