Both bedrooms offer queen beds, ceiling fans, big windows, and ample closet space. One bedroom includes a Roku TV; the other has a desk—perfect for remote work. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity storage, and extra linens/supplies just outside the door. High-speed WiFi provided.
A second 2BR ground-floor unit is also on the property—ideal for families or groups renting both spaces together.
Guests have access to entire unit and reserved parking garage.
Customer service is a high priority to us. We like to make sure you have what you need before you arrive and get settled into our home. We are available whenever you need us, 7 days a week and after hours!

Minimum Stay Policies
Off-season: 2-night minimum
Summer (June–Aug): 6-night minimum + Saturday check-in
Friday/Sunday arrivals may be possible—please ask.
Holiday 2025:
6-night minimum + Saturday check-in (Dec 20–Jan 3).
No arrivals/departures Dec 25 or Jan 1.
Stays cannot span both holidays unless 2 weeks.
Summer 2026:
Memorial Day–Labor Day = Saturday–Saturday stays (6–7 nights).
No arrivals/departures July 4.
Friday/Sunday arrivals may be possible—ask us.
Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings within 72 hours require ID verification: a selfie holding your government ID + confirmation of guest details.
Refusal results in cancellation. This process helps prevent fraud and protects all guests.
Policies
* No pets allowed (non-service animals incur $500 fine)
* Primary renter must be 25+
* Rates fluctuate daily
* Absolutely no smoking
* Noise-sensitive area: no outdoor noise after 9pm
* No parties or large gatherings
* Décor/furniture may vary slightly from photos (no refunds for small changes)
After Booking
You’ll receive a rental agreement and complete verification through Autohost (includes a temporary $2 authorization that automatically drops off).
A guest services agent will contact you within 24 hours of booking.
A car is recommended but not needed with local transit and share rides. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance!
