Discover your own 34-acre retreat at Skyview Ranch—tucked between Granbury and Glen Rose. Enjoy exclusive access to 5 private villas, 3 cozy cabins, a spacious Gathering Room, 32’ pool, hydro swim spa, stocked fishing pond, hiking trails, fire pits, game arena, outdoor dining areas, and more. Skyview Ranch can comfortably accommodate 30 guests so it is perfect for group getaways, family retreats, or celebrations with plenty of space to relax, connect, and explore.

Casa Blanca:
When you enter our Ranch, Casa Blanca is your first stop!
This newly built casa Blanca home boasts 5 King Suites and a Grand Hall. Each Villa features a kitchenette with fridge, mini freezer, full en-suite bathroom with shower, couch and eating area. The Grand Hall, which we've dubbed "The Gathering Room" boasts a large open space for your party to come together to cook meals in our brand new kitchen, fuel at our coffee bar, and eat at our large 10- seat dining table. The 32’ pool can be found just out the backyard.
Additional sleeping accommodations:
There are 4 twin-size air mattresses stored in the laundry room. These are available for guests to set up as needed—perfect for children or to accommodate additional guests in the Gathering Room or any of the Villas.
Bed Configuration Option
King beds in Villas 2, 3, 4, and 5 can be separated into twin beds prior to your arrival for a $50 per room fee. Please note, due to mattress toppers, this service may be unavailable after check in.
Villas are not toddler-friendly. Additionally, the villas are not accessible directly from the gathering room. They do have separate entrances at the back of Casa Blanca.

Your first Cabin is Bamboo Bungalow
A cozy 350 square foot getaway, perfect for couples or individuals. Inside you'll find a Bamboo oasis with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable king-sized bed. You can also relax outside on the wrap-around deck, rocking chairs, grill your favorite meat on the Weber gas grill, and savor your meal at the shaded picnic table.
A stone's throw down the gravel road from Bamboo Bungalow is Cactus Cottage and Sunset Shack.
These two cabins are connected by an ample 800 square foot covered deck where you can relish quality time with family while keeping an eye on the kids.
Cactus Cottage
You'll find the Cactus Cottage tailored to families with adorable Cactus décor complete with a comfy queen-sized bed, a day bed & trundle bed, and two adorable lofts perfect for the young ones. At night, peek out the bunk windows to catch a glimpse of the wildlife. There is a full sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single sink, as well as a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator.
Sunset Shack
The cozy Sunset Shack is outfitted with Sunset vibes décor! Inside you'll find a newly upgraded queen sized bed and comfortable sectional sofa. Above the living space, there is a ladder access to two more lofts with bean bags and coloring supplies, making it an ideal spot for a small family. A kitchenette boasts all the amenities you'll need (Keurig, Mini Fridge, Electric Cooktop) as well as a full bathroom with sink and vanity.

Bring your fishing poles as the pond off the dock is fully stocked!
Outdoor Dining:
If you're in the mood for a delightful picnic, you'll love our tree-shaded area featuring four picnic tables with enough seating for 24 and enchanting string lights. And don't forget to take a moment to relax on our inviting swing - it's pure magic!
Pets:
Our property is dog friendly! We allow dogs during your stay for a non-refundable $75 pet fee per pet.

Swim Spa Temperature:

Swim Spa and Pool Maintenance Schedule:
To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, the pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule. Service typically occurs every Wednesday.
AC Temperature Settings:
To ensure consistent comfort and energy efficiency, the thermostats at Casa Blanca are set to operate within a preset cooling range of 69°F to 73°F. This range was recommended by our HVAC technician and aligns with the sleep preferences of most guests.
If you’d like your room a little warmer, you’re welcome to turn the AC off. To cool it down again, simply switch it back on—the system will resume within the preset range. The auto mode cannot be set below 69°F or above 73°F.
Pet Friendly:
We are pet-friendly and welcome 3 well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
Wildlife:
Experience the Beauty of Texas Wildlife on Our Peaceful Ranch! Here on the ranch we have deer and turkeys roam free.
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.
For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform.

Amazing! What a wonderful place for a large family gathering! A lovely huge house with beautiful surroundings. Well equipped and many fun things to do. Hope we get to come back!

The SkyView Ranch team was amazingly communicative and answered relatively quickly when we had questions. The property was spacious enough for our group with lots of excellent amenities. We had a range of people with us, most in their twenties and early 30s but we also had children with us. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the beautiful starry skies. Everything we needed to cook was available at the house and there's a Brookshires less than 15 minutes away if you're missing anything. Would visit again.

Early check in, so had time to scope out everything to ready when guest arrived. Fridge and grill could have been wiped off before we got there, but both worked well. It was nice to have the ice maker. If you’re going to cook, bring some extra paper towels.
